She was content in her previous job, but in 2021, Aniek Welman came across a position at Saxion that aligned perfectly with her background. She’s now a staff member in education and research at the Applied Nanotechnology research group. “I was given ample space right away to explore which projects I wanted to engage with. Initially, I wanted to contribute everywhere, but now a sense of focus is emerging. That’s beneficial. I just want to keep improving in my work,” Aniek explains.
