With our well-equipped lab facilities and our trained research specialists we develop novel testing and analysis techniques for of micro-and nanoscale devices and materials.
For many new technologies, such as photonics and MEMS no testing techniques are presently available. We are developing techniques to allow the prediction of correct operation of such devices by either electrical testing, finding alternative testing techniques or by other analysis (such as vision system to detect faults). Furthermore, the expertise extends towards advanced probing techniques, such as scanning probe microscopy.
