Software development for a Pipetting Helper Imaging Lid (PHIL) used for biomedical applications
PHIL is a pipetting robot that is supposed to be used in a cell culture incubator for medium exchange for the cells, in order to constantly keep them supplied with nutrients.
The mechanical part and the electronics are already developed and assembled. However, the software that was designed is not finished. In addition, the current software is written in Matlab and should be changed to Python.
